Michael Garth Moore - President

Michael Garth Moore founded Vision HR Solutions in 2006; after 30 years of being on the other side of the courtroom from employers. Mike developed a litigation practice centered in Columbus, Ohio that made him recognized as one of the top Labor and Employment Lawyers in the United States.

Patricia A. Flores - Legal Administrator

Attended Suffolk College in Stony Brook, New York and continued her college education at New Mexico State University while serving in the United States Army as a military police officer. Upon her discharge from the military in 1981, she was employed by the Defense Department in the Finance Department where she was responsible for the accounting and maintenance of multi-million dollar contracts held by the US Army with the Atmospheric Sciences Laboratory at NMSU.  

After moving to Tucson, Arizona, she began her paralegal career.  In 2005, Patricia received certification as a private fiduciary from the Arizona Supreme Court.  She is also certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as a legal document specialist.   Patricia maintains those certifications through 20 plus hours a year of continuing legal education. 

For fun, Patricia owns a Jazzercise franchise and attempts to apply the principals of Yoga and Pilates to her life on a daily basis. 

Jane Coppola - Administrator

Jane Coppola grew up in Glencoe, Illinois and moved West to attend the University of Arizona.  Jane obtained her post-degree certificate as a paralegal and worked in the legal field for several years.

Jane has worked for both private and publicly traded companies in industries such as association management, environmental testing, law, health care, business sales and publishing.  Jane has worked as a business manager, contract administrator, in facilities planning and operations, marketing and business sales and has owned her own successful small business.  As an  association management professional, she worked closely with human resources managers, dentists, attorneys and  veterinarians. 

Jane understands the challenges that businesses face in managing their businesses successfully.  She is committed to helping small businesses thrive by providing access to effective, professional, human resources management through Vision HR Solutions, Inc.
